Due to the complexity of the bureaucratic system between Europe and the rest of the world and the double taxation issues with some of the countries (most of all America), we do not currently offer our products beyond the EU borders (except the United Kingdom). You can see to which country we deliver below. Over time, our plan is to put our products available to the whole world.

We already have partners all over the world, so we will be full ready when we open to the world. In Europe, we have partners in Italy and UK, so your product is just a few days away from you. Please allow for 2-5 business days for production (regardless of which shipping method chosen at checkout) as we, along with our partners, practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important for our environment as it reduces unnecessary waste.

Please note that shipping times are in addition to production times for all shipping regions — weekends and public holidays (in all regions we make our cases) are not included in the specified days. Orders are produced starting the next business day - for instance, orders placed on Friday begin production on Monday.

In case of the increase in the number of orders, it is possible that the processing time extend for few more days, which automatically affects delivery time. Once we release package from our sistem, we are not responsible for any further delays, but responsibility for your package passes to the delivery service. If you experience a delay with your shipment, please contact the delivery service to see where it is stuck and why.
