RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return purchased product with no explanation.

This Return Policy describes your rights about return and replacement product as well as refund period. Please read this Return Policy carefully.

Please be note that printing on 3D surfaces is highly demanded printing and that sometimes the display of lines or the printing of borders may deviate from the ideal display by a small percentage.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the replacement product will deviate from this to a lesser extent.

Product(s) you return must be:

– In a same new, unused condition as when received.

– in original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact.

– Products from exclusive collections or custom made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

– Items received as part of a promotion must be returned along with the main item, or their value will be deducted from the refund.

For iCases/iStraps/iShell/iFolio/:

– Cases/Straps/Shells/Folio must be in brand new, unused condition.

– The Cases/Straps/Shells/Folio has to be in it’s original protective covering.

– Any marks/blemishes/etc. from trying the cases would be considered used, and will not be eligible for a return.

For Screen and Camera Protectors:

All glass protectors must be unused (the protective foil must not be removed/peeled off) and in brand new condition(with no marks, spots or stains on it).

Once the protective backing is peeled off, the screen protector will be considered as used, and no longer eligible for returns/refunds.

If you return us used product as non-used, the refund will not be made and we will return the product back to you at your own cost. The 15% restocking fee will be also charged.

7 days from the date of receiving product. A date stamp within that period on the shipment is valid.

For returning/exchanging your product(s) please contact us on support@icallit.love with a Subject: RETURN or EXCHANGE (depend what you claim) and we will assist you with a further steps. Or just fill this form and we will get back to you with further procedure:

In the case of return all purchasing cost will be refund to you (minus 15% restocking fee) in period of maximum fifteen (15) days of the day of reciving the product back.

In the case of exchange please follow the Return procedure for returning the product(s).

REFUNDS:

  • In the case of exchange of products in the same price range, we refund you a shipping costs, but an additional 15% restocking fee will be charged and new product will be sent to you in period of 3-5 days of payment/refund.
  • In case of exchange of a product in a higher price range, the new product will be sent to you after payment of the difference + 15% restocking fee (more about the payment method itself will be sent to you via e-mail).
  • In the case of exchange of a product in a lower price range, you will receive a refund minus 15% restocking fee and new product will be sent to you in period of 3-5 days of payment/refund.

When exchanging or returning a product due to a product fault, we bear both costs of redelivery and returning the product (returning cost depends on your location but can not exceed 7€). In case of exchanging or returning a product due to personal choice, the costs of redelivery (and return) are borne by you. The product must be sent as trackable shipment.
