We started modestly, but our goal is to grow. As well as improve every aspect of our business. One of these aspects is packaging. For now, our products are still packed in the basic packaging of our partners – the manufacturers. Our part of job is design and promotion, and our partners take over part of production and distribution. Therefore, it is sometimes necessary to adjust.

But as we strive for the best and we only want the best for our customers, we are in the process of making our own packaging that will complete our products. Because, according to our business policy, quality is the most important component of the product.

It’s a process that we don’t know how long it will take, but until we reach that point, we decided, to free you from postage, no matter how small ordered is, because the user experience is important to us and we work to make it as best as possible.

As we are not perfect and our goal is not to deceive, but on the contrary, to truly delight, sometimes uninhabited mistakes are also possible for us. Therefore, if any such happens, and missed our ‘radars’, please let us know about it as soon as possible to remove it as soon as possible.

Feedbacks and reviews are very important to us, so feel free to send them to us – both positive and negative, so that we can work on our constant improvement. We also ask you that, if you are not satisfied with something, let us know first by email, to see what the problem is and how to solve it. We are always ready to help, therefore, negative reviews (which there are none, for now), are very difficult to us, because they have the power to cause unnecessary destruction. If the problem is solved, we can solve it without negative tensions, because we are always opened to help and solve the issue, no matter how big or small it is.
